If you're already signed in and you're still having trouble redeeming a code, please be sure your order meets the requirements for the code. For example, many codes require a minimum purchase of $50 (before shipping and taxes). Other codes may be tied to a specific email address or Indie Insiders account. So be sure you are logged into Pantastic using the correct email address.
Keep in mind customers can use only one code per purchase. So if you applied a code to one order and placed a second order, you can't apply the code again (not even retroactively).

If you are contacting our team outside of business hours, please feel free to place your order, and our team will retroactively apply the discount code (if your order qualified).
