You should generally see a refund on your statement 3 to 10 business days after it was confirmed. While the refund is processed on PANTASTIC’s side the moment we confirm it, banks may take longer to process and reflect the refund.
If you do not see your refund on your statement, please try refreshing or updating the statement, then try contacting your payment method directly.
If ten business days have passed and you’ve contacted your payment method, and they still have not received the refund, please contact our Customer Success Team.
