Please check the tracking information available on the PANTASTIC site.
If the item was marked as delivered less than 24 hours from the time you’re checking, it’s possible the mail carrier prematurely marked the package as delivered.
If you do not believe this is the case or more than 24 hours have passed, please contact the shipper directly. The tracking link provided to you both in the confirmation email you received and your PANTASTIC account should include all the information you need.
