Please check the tracking information available on the PANTASTIC site.
Shipping speeds have been slowed due to the COVID pandemic and staffing challenges. If your package was not marked as delivered, it may still be on the way to you. You can attempt to contact the shipping carrier for more detailed tracking information.
If the package was marked as delivered less than 24 hours from the time you’re checking the tracking, it’s possible the mail carrier prematurely marked the package as delivered.
If you do not believe this is the case or more than 24 hours have passed, please check with neighbors, property managers, or anyone that may know about the location of your package.
If a shipping carrier has confirmed the delivery of your package and you don't have it, PANTASTIC will not be able to replace the order or provide a refund.
Once a shipping carrier has confirmed delivery, only they can provide more detailed information about the order or file a missing package claim.
