We can process a return and/or refund within 30 days of the purchase date. If you are able to identify the original purchaser (full name and/or email address associated with PANTASTIC), contact our Customer Success Team. They may be able to issue a refund to store credits. Our team can also refund the payment method the original purchaser used.
