If you would like to return or exchange an item, sign in to your PANTASTIC account. Click on the avatar icon in the top right corner of the screen and then find the order and product you’d like to return. Below the product’s name, you should see a “Request Return” button.
Enter the reason for your return request and submit.
Our Customer Success Team will be in touch with you within 24 business hours of submitting your request.
If you would like to exchange an item please contact our Customer Success Team at email@example.com to see if an exchange will be possible.
