If you want to return or exchange an item, sign in to your Pantastic account or contact our Customer Service Team. You can read about our return and exchange policies in the Return Policy listed on our website.
Signing into your Pantastic Account:
- In your Pantastic account, click on the avatar icon in the top right corner of the screen.
- Find the order and product you’d like to return.
- Below the product’s name, you should see a “Request Return” button.
- Enter the reason for your return request and submit it.
- Our Customer Service Team will contact you within 24 business hours of submitting your request.
Contacting the Pantastic Customer Service Team:
Use the messaging widget in the right corner of your screen to contact our team or email us at support@pantastic.com. If you have contacted us outside of operating hours, expect a reply within 24 business hours.
