You can cancel a Pantastic order up to 30 minutes after placing it. You should see the option to cancel next to the product in your Pantastic account or in the gray bar above the order's details. If you do not have a Pantastic account, you can create one.
If you’d like to cancel your order, please sign in to your Pantastic account, find the order you’d like to cancel in your “Order History,” and then click “Cancel Order” on the right side of the gray bar. Choose the reason for your cancelation and confirm.
If more than 30 minutes have passed, the order can only be canceled if it has not yet shipped or been processed by the brand. Please contact our Customer Success Team at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
